Centrex House

Ideally located in Livingston, Centrex Conference Centre is a couple of minutes from the M8 J3a is well known for its conference facilites but has a hidden secret, situated on the ground floor, accessed from our main foyer, our function room and private bar lounge area has excellent facilities. Decorated to a very high standard our suite offers great comfort, privacy and will impress you and your guest.

This is a flexible modern space with an inviting atmosphere. Where our attentive staff are discreet but always available. All requests are catered for, from corporate to private functions. We can offer 90 capacity seating for lunches and dinners to 150 people for a finger buffet.

Kirknewton Stables

Kirknewton House Stables are situated in the grounds of Kirknewton Estate and, only 30 minutes by car, are within easy reach of Edinburgh city centre. The buildings of the old Stables of have recently been renovated and are ideally suited as a venue for a wide range of events. The renovated stables boast a beautifully textured and atmospheric interior and can hold up to 150 guests, 100 with a dance floor.

The hire of the stables ensures complete privacy for your party since the stables, kitchen area and the beautiful walled garden, are given over entirely to you for the duration of your party.

Gosford House

Whether you are looking for grandeur or informality, Gosford can provide the exact back drop you need for your event, For Dinners the Large Dining Room can host up to 100 guests on round tables, with options of 36 on one long banquet table or 72 on two banquet tables. Smaller dinners can be held in either the Octagon room 50 on rounds or 20 banquet styles. The Billiard Room can host 20 on a long table. With the Octagon Room immediately adjacent to the main Dining Room larger, dinners could be hosted for 150 guests using the two rooms.

For large scale dinners where guest numbers exceed 150 or require that number to be seated in one room marquees can be erected on the lawns adjacent to the house. You will still have access to the House throughout your event, as the house can cope with up to 600 guests for a reception. Similar arrangements to the dinners can be offered, for less formal events more guests can be seated cafe style.

The House can host 600 plus with ease for a drinks reception with canapés or finger food - flowing through the Marble Hall through the Gallery and into the Billiard Room and Octagon Room and the Large Dining Room, with access to the lawns both front and back from the west and east balconies.
